Home: Welcome

Hello, I'm Charlotte – A kind, Body-Based Psychotherapist working in the vibrant city of Bristol.

My approach can be bold, direct, and compassionate. I blend mindfulness-based psychotherapy with Buddhist principles without losing touch with ordinariness. As a therapist and person with ADHD, I strive to be real, informal, and deeply human. My style is immediate and engaging while providing a space where you can show up as your true self, free from judgment. I focus on the interconnectedness of mind and body in healing, using a trauma-informed, whole-systems approach to support your emotional and physical well-being.

Authenticity is central to my approach. I work with humour, enjoying how it can offer lightness and perspective, helping us navigate even the most difficult parts of ourselves with compassion. Used thoughtfully, humour can create moments of connection, insight, and relief.

I believe that therapy is not just about addressing the struggles —it's also about embracing the parts of ourselves that bring us joy, passion, and energy. If you're considering therapy and want to see if we’d be a good fit, reach out. I’m more than happy to chat about what you're looking for and see if my approach aligns with what you're hoping to explore in therapy.

“Once upon a time, there was the simple understanding that to sing at dawn and to sing at dusk was to heal the world through joy. The birds still remember what we have forgotten, that the world is meant to be celebrated.”
